I have taken 35mg of methadone today, and i have a urine drung test coming up, how long will it take to get out of my urine?

not true I was on methadone for some yrs 240 mg daily and when I quit it showed for almost a month after its a horrible horrible drug to detox from so I would just stay away from it

I took 90 mg of liquid methadone through a clinic on Saturday. I drank 3 extra glasses of water a day for each day after with emphasis on night time urination. On Thursday I gave a urine sample which tests for each individual drug in your system and passed! I have a high metabolism and am skinny. If you have the opposite drink a lot more water. It doesn't matter what color your piss is-the drug stays in there a long time-water, water, water!!! Not beeer either!!

Took 5 methadone 10s 10 days before my drug test at the pain clinic and it didn't show up but my metabolism is so high that when I take a rox 30 it's out of my system within 24 hours! So my advice if your scared go buy a home drug test and make sure it's out of your system before you go take a piss test

u were taking it daily-I was on maintenance for 5 years and it takes a long time to get rid of it after prolonged use, but with a day or two of use it can be dispelled in as fast as 5 days. I just took the piss test last month and it came up negative. 240mg is a lot-in Buffalo most people top at 200-I only met one person beyond that-hats off-u know the true meaning of what hell is like!

ive been takeing 230 mg diamorphine 70 mg methadone went for a piss test where they send it off and it came back that there was no mertaberlite in my urine ive been trying to get off methadone for a while but did not want to let my drug worker no as i keep failing no he says i might loose my script help plz

I am in drug court and get drug screened monday and fridays. After probation this friday i had 60mg of liquid methadone my roomate gave me burning hole in pocket. I made the poor choice of taking a teaspoon of it, roughly 10mg. Now I'm worried about my monday screen. It isn't much I took and I dont even really feel
it. My question is can I get it out of my system by then? I piss all the time and plan on working out at least twice before then. I have to worry about diluted screens too. Would drinking water, working out, taking vitimans and creatine save my ass? Anyone, had any expeirence with getting small doses of methadone out of system in about two days? Please any advice really appreciated!! "The system has failed"

Did you ever get that methadone out of your system in time? I took about 10mgs this morning (friday) & got drug court urine test Monday morning...I need feedback bad, facing prison time. I know it was a sketchy move considering I didnt even really feel it. Hopefully that'll work to my advantage.

sorry, your screwed, methadone stays in your system longer than any other narcotic, drink alot of water and maybe it will show only a wee bit.

I've been taking methadone for almost a year for chronic back pain I go to a clinic and they do a urine test every month. Well my last test came back positive for methadone but negative for methadone metabolite(the methadone matabolite shows that it passed through your body) . How could this happen?

I go to a local paim clinic I take 6 10mg oxycodone a day I lost all my meds in a home fire i went to the dr today and tested positive for methadone which ive never taken how is this possible Im not dissmissed from the clinic but now they have given me methadone what are the pros and cons

I went through the same thing. I was on 70mgs of done a day for like 1 1/2yrs lost my insurance and stopped treatment,got my insurance back and had to do a urine test and was still pos for methadone almost 3wks later. I was told there are alot of factors such as weight dose and metabolism .

YES !! Methadone and oxycodone are 2 totally different drugs. There is a separate test for each that is performed on your urine sample.

well you got caught taking another narcotic perscription thats what happened! Let me fill you in on what the doctors thinking , depending on if you have long scares on your arms your doc prob thinks you are cooking your oxy cotin up in a spoon and sticking it in your arm via syringe... so he put you on a different one that you cant do that with..

I have bn taking 10mg of methadone daily for a year and recently cut down to 5mg i have bn taking 5mg for 3days as of today. I have to take a urine drug screen on Monday and today is thursday that will give approximately a little over 96 hrs to get my urine clean of the 5mg. Is it possible can I pass the urine test in 96hrs PLEASE HELP!!

That's not what half life means. It means "May or may not be". It does not mean half of it is out of your system.

Methadone is weird. My friend took 60mg of methadone twice in a week. Then 6 days later he went to his appointment, they drug tested him and it came up negative. Then exactly a week later he went back to that same doc, and had another ua and he had no new methadone and came up positive.
