How Long Does Iv Herion Stay In My Blood Stream

ive been an addict for 3 years, and have been clean for 90 days, my mom wants me to prove i haven't been using. she asked me to take a blood test. how long before no sign of using would it take before it would show up in my blood? i hear its out of your blood stream before its out of urine. is that true?
