My sister is getting married on Saturday. I took a spoonful of Hydrocodone / Chlorpheniramine ER and was wondering if I could drink beer at her wedding on Saturday? I take 5 milliliters every 12 hours.

It is the Hydrocodone that is the main concern here, since it is known to react with alcohol far more than the Chlorpheniramine, according to FDA reports. It could cause you to experience more severe side effects than usual, such as dizziness, drowsiness, nausea, sedation, and headache.

Depends if you're a fast or slow metabolizer. On average it's about 5 days. Half life of elimination is 14 to 43 hours.
