How Long Do Valium 20mg Stay In Your System

I suffer from chronic migraines I took a 20mg like 5 o'clock and I want to take a fiorcet two pills now will it be safe I'm also taking 300mg of gabapentin 3 times a day .

It can take up to 10 days, some people will say 2-3 weeks but I think that is just blood test.
