How Long Do Opiates Stay In Your System After Chronic Use

Hello, I recently went to the doctor and did a UA and tested positive for opiates. I take Alprazolam and Flexeril, and Mirtazapine. And I have not had pain medicine in over two weeks. My question is why would that show up?
