How Long Do Amphetamine Salts Stay In Urine And Blood (Top voted first)

I am trying to enlist in the Navy but I have to take a urine test as well as a blood test. I do have a script but they do not accept anybody with ADD taking Adderall so I need it out of my system fast. I am 23 years old and have been taking 60mg of amphetamine salts daily since I was in the 11th grade. How long does it take to get it out of not only my urine but more importantly my blood? PLEASE HELP, the Navy is all that I have left.
