I just found a light grey pill with a k 57 imprint. How is this pill abused

What you've found is a 20mg Oxycodone tablet, so they are very frequently abused, though I can't give details on how.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
