How Effective Is Oralcon

Hay, I've been on Oralcon for a year and a half, I have never missed a day. Me and my boyfriend had intercourse a week ago and now I am due for my period. I have my normal period pains. My period started a day early but a couple of hours after it started it disappeared. Was I spotting and could I be pregnant?

If you didn't miss any tablets then there is not a high risk of your being pregnant. According to the NIH, some women just have shorter periods while taking oral contraceptives, and some women stop having them, completely.

Has there been any change? Are you on any other medications?
