Hey ive recently started using this contraception just as my period ended, im on the last two pill and I had intercourse; can I get pregnant

Regardless of when you started it, if you'd taken 7 active pills in a row, without missing any, then you were protected. So, if you didn't have intercourse until almost the end of the pack, you should be fine.
