How Do You Use Susten300

how do you use susten300? Is it to be taken orally. I have been consuming it orally. But some one suggested it's suppose to be kept in vaginal, please advise

It can be used either way, so you are fine.

The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, and PMS-like symptoms.
