The easiest answer, of course, is to not use drugs or medications that you are not supposed to be using. Then you will have no problems to worry about.
For those that do, however, there is really no guaranteed solution. There are many instructions given that claim to help someone clean out and many product that claim the same, but no one has any proof that they actually work.
The only thing that will really help you pass a drug test is time, all such substances will naturally process out of your body, eventually.
