How Do I Ween Off 75mg Lyrica Please

hi everyone ,ive been on lyrica for 6 days now 75mg is a bit strong for me i only take it once per day ,can anyone suggest how to reduce this and can the capsule be split?if i decide to come off compleatly how does one ween to comeing off compleatly

My Brother was on 75g per day, and stopped taking it cold. He now uses it once every 4 days or so. He has had no withdrawal problems, and is satisfied with how he is using it now. he uses it for bone on bone arthritic pain in his fingers.

Yes, if you were only taking it for a few days, you should be able to just stop it without a problem.

Have you consulted your doctor to see what alternative you can try?

I take 150 mg of Lyrica every night. I was prescribed it for Fibromyalgia and periferal neuropathy but I've been feeling strange things, like forgetting words the moment I am going to say them and going for example to the kitchen and then forgetting what I went there for. I think Lyrica is doing it and I want to taper off. My family physician is not very cordial and I hate the idea of asking him to help me. So, getting a prescription for a lower dose is out of the question. I was thinking of starting to take it every other day, Any ideas? How do I know when someone replied to me? I'm desperate!!!
