How Can Intentionally Tear My Rotator Cuff

Is it possible to intentionally tear my rotator cuff?

From what I understand, rotator cuff tears can occur in a number of different ways. However if you're going to intentionally inflict this upon yourself then what's the point?; as it's probably going to be a very painful experience.

A couple "unintentional" scenarios may be due to falling on your arm while it's fully extended and stretched out, or even from a sudden jerking motion as a result of trying to lift something heavy. It could also happen slowly over time, but I suppose you would need to have it examined first in order to better determine the root cause.

Why would you want to harm yourself anyways? It just doesn't make sense. If you need an adrenaline rush, there's safer ways to get that fix without trying to rip your arm off! Lol
