How Can I Stop Maxgalin M75

I have been on maxgalin M 75 for 2 yrs. I found that there is weight gain and also edema in both foot near the ankle. I wish to stop it, is there any better alternative? This was suggested by my Neurologist after I had a fall on my back and my nerves system became little weak.

After using Maxgalin M75 for almost 2years, I feel increase in weight and also edema in both ankle region. Hence would like to stop it, but wanted to know its with drawl symptoms and precautions to be taken and also procedure to stop it.
