How Can I Increase My Height?

Im 20 years old and only 5'4. Is there any possible way for ne to add a few extra inches to my height? Say around 5'8-5'9? Please this is really important to me. My height really bothers me and would like to make myself as tall as i can cause i lack confidence and i think my height affected my relationship with my ex. Please if there is any hope for me please let me know. Ive done stretches, started eating healthy, what is a sure way for me to gain height?

I'm sorry, but there isn't any way to do so. At 20 years old, you are already done with the growth phase, there are some growth factors that can help, but they are only effective when used before someone is going growing and are still in their formative years. Once you are past that phase, there is nothing that can be done.

And even if you had used them, when you were younger, they only help you achieve the maximum height intended by your genetics, so if your parents are short, then it wouldn't change the likelihood of your also being short.

Have you considered seeing a counselor to help you deal with your confidence issues?
