I increased my B12 (1000 mcg sublingual) and vita D drips to 8 drops (1000mg) daily. These are the only two vitamins that are supposed to be made by your body, but you will not be getting enough if you are sick or taking prescription drugs. I took magnesium and calcium citrate before bed in water, and increased avocados, whole grains, bull fat balkan yogurt, eggs, fish oil, raw nuts and raw greens daily. My hair stopped falling out and actually thickened and is stronger and shinier. I drink lots of roibois and green teas now. I hope this will work for you. My arthritis pain also seems to be gone. If it is too hard to eat all those vegetables, make soup with them with herbs and spices in a broth base. Purree them once softened enough and swirl yogurt in them just before eating. YOu can do the same with avacados in a blender. Just add a spoon of pure powdered cocoa, a cold ripe banana, some barley green powder, raw almonds, almond milk and top with almond milk to add enough liquid to puree it. Adding a little extra virgin raw coconut oil makes it tastes great. Your hair will grow back and be thicker. and shinier. Your skin will improve too. Drink lots of water all day and herbal teas without sugar (honey if you must). Use real juice from a lemon you squeeze yourself to flavor things whenever you can. I often juice one raw beet with one unpeeled (seeded) apple, half bunch parsely, and quarter of a lemon with the rind on for essence. Drink immediately. It is delicious and is a tonic for your energy and physical appearance. It also cuts cravings and helps you lose weight.
