Please advise I am using hopace5 in India now I am in Dubai which tablet available in Dubai replace hopace5

I am not sure what the brand name for it might be in Dubai, but I can tell you that the active ingredient in Hopace is Ramipril.

Thus, you should ask a doctor or pharmacist for whatever medication they have that contains 5mgs of Ramipril.
