Himalaya Drugs Gasex Syrup For Gastritis

My wife is 43yrs of age and is taking seloken xl 50 & olmy A tabs for blood pressure, along with thyronorm 75 tabs; often she gets gastritis. What should we do? Is this a side effect of the above medications?

Yes, gas and stomach pain can be side effects of these medications, she may also experience dizziness, headache, increased urination, weight changes, and hair loss.

Has she tried making sure to take the blood pressure medications with food, to prevent some of the stomach issues?
