Hi Does Any1 Know If U Can Take Any Opiates That Will Not Show Up On A 10 Panel Drug Test

My partner is on a buprenorphine detox. He gets regular drug tests and passes. Yet i swear he's taking something. His eyes r pinned his breathing is slow and heavy. Yet he is only taking 2x400 microgrammes of buprenorphine. Help. Thank u

What can he be taking that wouldn't show up on a drug test.

If his eyes are pinned he is definitely taking opiates. I'm a recovering heroin addict and have been on bupe before and no matter what dose you take, you don't feel high or look high. A person on bupe should look perfectly normal with normal size pupils, open eyes and normal behavior.

There are tons of designer opioids he could be taking mostly derivatives of fentanyl that would not be detected unless specifically tested for. There are literally 1000's of derivatives of fent also. If he knows a chemist or someone that knows a chemist hell he could even be getting a derivative that is not even illegal yet. The most likely though is just str8 fentanyl which is pretty commonly available in patches. Do some research on fentanyl and other "designer opioids" then when you confront them you can have a specific drug to mention will prob blow their mind that you know since they think they are being really slick right now and not getting caught.

That's false, you can feel euphoric effects on bup.. regardless of how much or often you took as an opiate addict.
