Hemorrhoid Pile Pain Daflon 500mg

I still bleed slightly with scorching pain near my rectum after using daflon 500mg, six daily for four days and four tablets for three days. I use lidocaine gel near the rectum. I have gone through treatment for two weeks when the pile start in September, now its November 15, 2015, and I still have pain near my rectum. I never scratch or rub it during pain, but I do use warm sit baths and bathe twice with warm water daily. I need help because I always squirt along the road. My doctor examination says its anal fissure and internal hemorrhoid.

An anal fissure will most likely require surgery, they rarely heal on their own and can frequently become infected, as detailed by the NIH.

If the piles aren't responding to treatment, they may also require surgical intervention, they can be removed, via a simple procedure.

Do you add anything to the sitz baths or your general bathing that may help, such as epsom salts?
