Help With Subutex

I am praying someone can give me a little bit of advice on sebutex. I was on day 4-5 withdrawing from lortab, perc off and on for 2 years. Really want to stop so I got a 8mg sebutex from a friend and took 1/4 of it yesterday at 11 am and started projectile vomiting 2 hours later and it lasted all day. I'm wondering how much I should try this morning without it making me vomit again. I was on it 2years ago-3,4 a day and had to quit cold turkey with no taper bc my Dr hauled butt and I was in the hospital for a month. So I only want to use 2 this time so I don't have to withdraw from it. Please help me

Based on my research, vomiting appears to be listed as a common side effect of Subutex. So there's really no telling whether or not a smaller dose would still have the same affect on you as far as that goes. It may just be that you have to try something different to avoid those side effects.

However, I think a more clinical approach to withdrawing may be safer in the long run, so that you'd not only be able to seek a professional opinion from your doctor, but also receive a steady supply of whatever it is that he feels can help you avoid more withdrawal symptoms. I'd even ask about using medical marijuana as an adjunct therapy option depending on your state's laws.

Get some zofran to take with it. Or promethezine or hell even dramamaine. Any of them could be crushed and taken with a swallow of Any liquid. If you can do that and keep it down for even ten minutes you will be ok.
