This is a Generic Subutex OPIOD pill used to treat opiod dependence as in heroin addicts, etc. Sort of like Methadone. These pills are very very new as generics and hard to find, they were released by roxane pharmacuticals on october 9th of 2009. They are made with Talc (non-biodegradeable) instead of the non generic originals which are made with the better ingredient corn starch!

While Buprenorphine is most commonly used to treat addiction, it can also be used to treat some cases of severe pain, in which other medications have stopped helping or failed to help.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Not at all the same as suboxone, it's the same as subutex, only it's generic.
Suboxone contains both buprenorphine and naloxone, subutex, and 54 411, contain only buprenorphine, to some making it "abuse able" due to lack or naloxone, to me it means no more headache, to which I blamed the naloxone

You people are wrong if you say that he can't abuse Suboxone, but if somebody wants to abuse Subutex that's just retarded and beats the point of even getting clean. Yea u dont gotta wait to be in full blown withdrawal to take Subutex like Suboxone but why even get it prescribed if u aint trying to stop? I had my doctor write Subutex for the first 2 weeks so i didn't have to wait to go until withdrawal. They switched me to Suboxone which i didn't even have to take because i detoxed myself off Subutex and Xanax and that was it now. I take nothing. Been over a year. Oh and had a great girl by my side.

You only take the subutex/suboxone for 7-10 days. Just long enough to kick the opiate withdrawals but not long enough to get dependent on the subs. You only take enough to keep you from being sick/in withdrawal and then lower it every day, over a week or two. Honestly probably don’t need to take more than 8mg’s 2-4mg’s would probably be plenty to keep you out of withdrawal.
