I am having muscle spasm on upper back, got blood test done. Blood uria is little higher. Doctor gave me febutaz 40 for 1 month and acinac-p for main (Sos) but side effect I am having muscle cramp on left lower back, very tough to sit for work, what to do. Going for physiotheripy also.

Hello, Manvinder! How are you doing?
That is not a normal side effect of this medication. Have you consulted your doctor? It may not be lowering your urea, or there could be some other problem going on.
Are you possibly dehydrated? How much fluid do you drink each day?
