Help Finding Pain Dr Laurel Ms Area Thats Taking New Patients And Pres Meds

Anyone knowing of a pain doctor taking new patients with kind not judgmental attitude. i am not looking for high. i have had 2drs in last 15yrs and have had a great quality of life until 2mos ago. see nurse practioner now and she is writing lower mg on both meds to keep edge off. need suggestion.

Hello, Mat! How are you?

Due to new regulations that were put in place last year, they have no choice about making some changes to your prescriptions, under some circumstances. The days of doctors just being totally liberal with prescribing are over.

Have you ask them why they made the changes? It could very well be because they had to do so.

Does anyone know of any good doctors in that area?

The DEA are so helpful! They are not Dr's. If they are like most law enforcement they barely have high school diplomas. So why are they allowed to tell a Dr how to treat patients? It's sickening.

mat, the problem is with all the people who do want to feel high. They are using the legitimate medical system to get meds for no other reason than a high. Read some of the live feed, people who can't pass their UA is a standard question at least 10 times a day. If they don't have a prescription, they are getting prescription meds from someone. That someone isn't in pain, or they would need their drugs themselves. No room for sharing. Everyone who abuses the system, shares or sells their drugs, is why you are paying the price. DEA is making a hell for the doctors, who are just getting tired of the whole situation. It's easier to not provide pain meds, than to shift through all the garbage they are being handed daily by abusers. Everyone you meet that abuses the system, thank them for the problems they are causing you.
