Help Finding A Good Doc

Need to find a Dr that write lagit scripts for pain meds in my area. I live in elkins wv and have a lot of back, knee, and neck problems. I make over $500 a week and money isn't a problem. I just need somting to help me with the pain while I work. I can't afford to take months off for a ridiculous surgery that will make s*** hurt worse. Any suggestions would be awesome.
