Hello, Dave! How are you? I'm sorry that you're in pain.

There is a time released form of the Oxycodone available called Oxycontin, you could speak to your doctor about switching to that, since it would be stronger than the MS Contin. There are also patches available that contain the potent narcotic Fentanyl, it's the strongest one available.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

To replace your regular release medication, if you prefer to do that, there are higher doses of Roxicodone available, as well as several other alternatives, such as Dilaudid and Opana

Is there anything else I can help with?
