I am very sorry that you're in pain.

However, there's really no way to say when your pain will stop, it can vary from person to person and is highly dependent on how fast you heal and how successful your surgery was.

The strongest opiate available would be Fentanyl, it is available in time released patches that you change every 3 days.

The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Is there anything else I can help with?
