My name is chandru & my age 28. My height is 5'3" and i want to grow my height 5'8" please help me

Hi chandru,

At the age of 28, my first thought is that your body is probably done growing at this point. From what I understand, growth spurts usually stop in our early-mid 20's. However, if you're able to, I'd consider getting into some sort of fitness activities, such as yoga for the potential to improve posture, increase your reach, as well as flexibility; thereby encouraging growth factors to take place over time. Not many people are aware of this, but exercise is actually one of the largest contributors to growth hormone. I even notice if I don't keep up with my own exercise habits after about a week, then my back and posture begin to lose form, which can also put stress on the spine.

The most important thing to know is that some people are just naturally shorter than others. No one is perfect and at some point we all have to learn to be ok with the body we've been given during this short experience on earth.
