Heart Pains

I have been experiencing pain under my left breast and my metabolism is struggling to relief normal; this has resulted to abdominal pain. . Doctor prescripted Altosec 20. . Will this help and what side effects should I expect? ?

This contains the active ingredient Omeprazole, which is a proton pump inhibitor that's used to help reduce the amount of acid produced by the stomach. Its side effects may include nausea, dizziness, flatulence and stomach pain.

Acid reflux can cause the type of symptoms you were experiencing and yes, this would be an appropriate treatment choice for that.
