Healthy Water

For many years I suffered from symptoms of psoriasis.
Since December last year I drink kangen water. A friend of mine told me I should try it and see how my skin would react.
Today I may say thank you to him. It was one of the greatest gifts I ever received. You can tell me about your experiences with drinking water and learn a lot from others too.

Can you please post more details about this kangen water? Some more information would be helpful for visitors to this page. I have heard of it before, I think it is a technology from Japan which electrically charges water to either be ph positive or negative depending on the specific uses. What else should others know about this?

Hi Crystal,
although I knew about the recommendation of drinking at least 70 oz of water daily I had problems with it. Kangen water makes it easy for me taking the recommended dose in. No resistance any more.
Whatever may happen to you is dependent on your individual metabolic circumstances.
