Healthy Protein Bar And Powder For Weight Loss.
Updatedyes my doctor wants me to go on a protein bar diet for weight loss. he suggested 15 protein bars daily with nothing but water for 4 weeks. then 4 bars daily with 1 small meal, 10 to 15 grams of protein no more than 250 calories and 15 to 20 percent fiber. this is very expensive since I am on a fixed income. what can I do I must lose weight because he said my sugar was a little elevated. any advise.

How tall are you and how much do you weigh? Have you consulted an endocrinologist?
Protien bars are espensivive I use protien powder(body fortress) whey protein very reasonable and 1 drink gives u 40mg protien vs 8mgcrbs that balance protien to carbs will automatically turn your metabolism on and will cause u to burn body fat that diet your Dr sounds very strange and I've had low body fat my entire life through the study of protien diets vs refined carbs and excersize the. Protien to carb ratio is the trick and protien powder gives u the best balance with lowest calories look up protien power plan by Dr mary Dan eves it was a wonderful way to really get healthy balance blood sugar
