I have hot flashes after every 15 min, be it day time or at night. I can't sleep but am very tired of this. It has been going on for over 8 years.

Hello, Mary! How are you? I'm sorry about the problem you're having, I know how annoying that can be.

As listed by the NIH, such an issue could be caused by starting menopause, being post menopausal or by taking certain medications.

How old are you?

Are you on any medications?

Have you consulted your doctor?
