My scalp had bumps and itched a lot, then it spread to my neck and back. I have been off the drug for about a week. My scalp and back are still itching bad. How long before this drug will be out of my system?

How long were you taking it and what was the dosage? The time it takes for such problems to wear off will depend on the answers to those questions.
Have you consulted your doctor?
What were you taking it to treat?
If it was for high blood pressure, then you need to contact your doctor immediately to get a prescription for a different medication to try.
