Hcq 200 Side Effect

my mother problem : headche, body ache, rashes, anxity,musle abdomen pain;dizzines
medication : since month to continue MCQ 200 mg,gabapentin 100 mg od,folic acid ,flaturex 7.5 mg,Allegra 180 mg.,hypothyrodism medicine 75 mg thyroxin
but problem not to good ,any time she weakeness
how to this problem solve
