Hi David, sorry to hear about your challenges. What you are describing sounds like it could either be a bacterial or fungal infection. If you can I would highly recommend seeing your doctor so that they can determine what is going on. There are various antibiotics which they may put you on if that is the case. If it is a fungal infection (such as yeast infection type of condition) you may also be able to administer an over the counter powder for jock itch such as Miconazole Nitrate or perhaps Clotrimazole. Best bet though is to have a doctor properly diagnose it. I wish you the best with this!
