Did the pharmacy list the days supply on the prescription? If so, that's when a refill would be available to be used, otherwise you should call them and ask.
Clonazepam is a benzodiazepine, which has the risk of being habit forming, so they generally do have some restrictions on it. That means you couldn't get a refill just any old time, but there should be a certain time span that applies.
