Its only half of a pill but I can tell theres an m on front but no box around it and the back is scored I cant read whats on top half but the bottom has a 3. The half that I found seems to be the right half of the pill. So there could be something in front of the 3 also

I'm sorry, but it is very difficult to narrow down an ID, without knowing the full imprint. There are several companies that use an M logo usually followed by numbers, so that leaves it open to quite a few possibilities.
Where did you find it?
The best thing to do would be to just properly dispose of it. The FDA instructions for doing so say that it should be mixed with some undesirable substance, such as damn coffee grounds, or dirty cat littler, placed into a sealed container and then disposed of in the trash. You could also take it to your pharmacy and they'll dispose of it for you.
Does anyone have an idea of what this might be?
