I found a fairly large blue oblong shaped pill. It it cut in half and i only found the half. I can see only the letter M on one side and the numbers 37 on the other, but its only half a pill. What is it?

I'm sorry, but without knowing the full imprint, I haven't been able to find anything that matches this in the prescription medication databases.
They are sorted by imprints, so having only a partial one makes it difficult to narrow it down.
The best suggestion I can make is that you just dispose of it properly, since you have no idea what it contains.
Does anyone else recognize this tablet?
