If there are no markings on it, it is going to be hard to narrow down what this.
We can rule out its being a U.S. prescription medication, since they are required by law to have markings to enable their identification.
However, the field is wide open when it comes to over the counter items or foreign medications. There is nothing that says they have to have an imprint and the colors of something doesn't mean anything.
Was it found in the U.S.?
