What is this? It has no markings on it at all. Its half blue half clear oblong capsule with white powder. What is it? Help

If there are no markings on it, then it is most likely something that's available over the counter.

In the U.S. all prescription medications are required to have unique imprints to enable their identification, in case of emergency, but that does not apply to over the counter products.
