Has anyone had hair loss after taking Levaquin? I've read it can deplete magnesium and iron and cause hair loss. Mine started one month after my last 10 day dose. I feel like it has to be connected. Anyone who has had this, please let me know! Docs never want to admit this can be cause, but I feel like it's too much of a cooincidence! Help!

Yes, as listed by the FDA, alopecia (hair loss) is a known side effect of this medication, along with nausea, dizziness, headache and photosensitivity.
However, such side effects are usually transient and will reverse, once you finish your course of treatment, but it could take awhile for your body to balance things back out.
Has there been any change, yet?
