Hello, Bella! How are you doing? I'm very sorry that you're in pain.
This is a generic for an antibiotic called Bactrim that's manufactured by Aurobido Pharma. The FDA lists it as being used to treat or prevent bacterial infections and its typical side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
That said, it will not do anything to relieve pain. The only way it can do that is by starting to work to eradicate the infection and it would take several days for it to do that.
Have you consulted your dentist? You are going to need to have the underlying cause treated, to prevent the infection from recurring over and over.
