H Vit Forte Side Effects

I am suffering from hair loss problem. Now I am taking H hit Forte tablet. Does it has any side effect.
It contains
Biotin 10mg
L-cysteine (as HCL) 10mg
Zinc oxide ( Elemental zinc) 25mg
Manganese sulphate monohydrate 5mg
Cupric oxide 2mg
Sodium selenite unhydrous 40mcg



As it contains minerals I doubt to have kidney stone problems

Some of these supplements can cause nausea and diarrhea, due to their potency, as reported by the U.S. FDA.

However, whether or not it helps your hair loss depends on whether or not it has been caused by a deficiency in one of the vital nutrients that it contains. If it is due to natural aging, or genetics, it will not help.

Is there anything else I can help with?
