how do you treat it? I know it's treatable with antibiotics and antacids like omeprazole, but it didn't work for me.

How do you know it didn't work? Have you actually been tested for it, again, or are you just still feeling symptoms?

It is highly possible that the bacteria was eradicated and you just need a longer course of an antacid to let things heal.

And do you watch what you eat, so you stay away from anything spicy or acidic? Do you avoid alcohol?
