Grow Taller

I am 20 years old, I weigh 98 pounds and I am 5'1 tall and most times I feel very a shame of my height and weight for my age and not only that my boyfriend is 6' . I cry a lot when im alone wishing I was taller . How can that change, are they any medison or pills I can take to increase my height, what about exercise and water ;will it help, if so what sort of exercise should I do daily?

I feel so an rite now I'm crying , I really need it to change .

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME.

Hello, Suzie! How are you? I am very sorry that you're so upset.

However, there is nothing that can make you grow taller. Once you're done growing, you're done and it cannot be changed. There is absolutely nothing wrong with being your height. If people are making you feel bad about it, then they should be ashamed of themselves. We are all different, some people are short and some aren't, that's just the way it is. You should be proud of who you are.
