i am suffering from smoking cough, does this syrup works if no then prefer me some good medicines.

Grilinctus is a cough syrup available from India, it contains Brohexine and Turbutaline, it is most commonly used to treat asthma and bronchitis.

That said, this site is not medical professionals, so we couldn't possibly diagnose or suggest a treatment, in addition to that, this site doesn't have a full list of what medications are available in India.
