Grey Oval Pill

This pill is light grey, about 3/4 inch long, it has a flat spot on the sides. I found it with what looks like caps that were put on it to make it look different but i am not sure. one of the caps is light blue with an 'L' on it and the other cap is red with a '5' on it. the caps do not touch eachother leaving the grey pill showing in the middle.

That is actually just an over the counter Extra Strength Tylenol, the reason for the gap in the middle is to make it release faster. It contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen.
