UpdatedMy mom wanted to know what it was because there was no marks or anything on them

If it had no markings, then it most likely was an over the counter product, of some type.
All manufactured prescription medications are required, by law, to have imprints to enable their identification, in case of emergency.
Compounding pharmacies do use capsules, but they are plain capsules, not ones of several color variations.
And among over the counter products, there are quite a few possibilities.
Where were they found?
Some products are regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down.
Does anyone else recognize these capsules?
