It is manufactured by Aurobindo Pharmaceuticals and they list as containing 150mgs of Clindamycin, which is an antibiotic that can be used to treat various types of infections, but it may not be the appropriate one to eradicate the bacteria that has caused your infection.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea.
