Gonadil-f And Avion

I've been married for about 5 years. I have no baby. Sperm count is very low. Please let me know if I can use gonadil-f + avion or not? I also have a stone in my left kidney. Thanks.

I have been married for 6 years and I have no baby. My sprem count is very low (volume 3ml / sperm count 11% / non-motile 70% / progressive motile 10% / non-progressive motile 20% / pus cells 1-2). Please advise.
